We represent parties to negotiations, providing comprehensive advisory from the conclusion of a letter of intent to the signing of a set of agreements upon the closure of a project.

• recommending the form of agreement based on the type of investment and the size and function of the tenant;
• preparation of standard contracts in the required languages;
• drafting standard form lease agreements in the necessary language versions
• preparing and arranging security for lease agreements;
• coordinating technical and architectural arrangements in course of lease negotiations;
• where a large number of agreements are concluded with respect to a single property (such as a shopping centre or office park), presenting clear and readable standard contracts for potential buyers;
• preparing a Lease Summary – a summary of the most important provisions of the lease, and any deviations from the standard form.
• representing institutional investors or tenants in disputes over lease agreements.
