We represent parties negotiating and concluding construction contracts based on FIDIC procedures. We advise clients right through from the preparation of tender conditions for the selection general contractors in commercial investments (infrastructure and industrial) to the signing of the main agreements.
We also provide legal support for clients’ negotiations with project managers, quantity surveyors and firms of architects and designers.

• drafting and negotiating general contractor contracts on the basis of different market standards, in particular FIDIC;
• drawing up and negotiating project management and subcontracting contracts;
