Spatial planning

In collaboration with architects and urban planners we advise on planning issues.

Our advice covers among other things:

• assessing and interpreting land use studies and local master plans in connection with a planned property acquisition or development;
• verifying legal compliance of planning procedures and assessing the risks of master plans being amended or cancelled;
• representing investors in administrative proceedings to adopt local master plans and advising on the drafting of applications and objections raised in the course of planning proceedings;
• assessing the chances of obtaining zoning permits for contemplated projects where there is no local master plan.
