Piotr Dziwniel is a legal advisor (radca prawny). He completed his legal studies at the University of Warsaw and graduated from the American Center for Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University, organized in collaboration with the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Prior to joining SOLIVAN he had been working for international and local law firms specializing in real estate. Piotr was admitted to the Warsaw Chamber of Legal Advisors in 2013.
Piotr specializes in real estate (in particular legal due diligence and transaction process) as well as corporate and civil law.
He has taken part in numerous transactions concerning the sale or purchase of real estate (office, industrial and residential). He has provided legal services to international clients such as investment funds and development companies. Piotr also has experience in construction and spatial development law.
