Andrzej Wybranowski is a qualified legal adviser, admitted to the Warsaw Chamber of Legal Advisers in 2010. He completed postgraduate studies at both Poznan University of Technology and Warsaw School of Economics, specialising in investment. He also finished the School of British and European Law organized by Warsaw University and Cambridge University and is a member of the Association of Consulting Engineers and Surveyors (SIDiR), which represents FIDIC in Poland.

Andrzej is an expert in the investment process, including the administration of FIDIC-based construction contracts. He has close to ten years’ experience advising on infrastructure investments (roads, railways, and power plants), public procurement, investment aspects of copyright and in negotiating and performing contracts governing the  remodelling of  office buildings in Warsaw.

Andrzej’s expertise also spans key issues relating to the effective management of large infrastructure investments, including scheduling, analysis of delays and claims management. He has gained experience at both law firms and in-house, at both consultants and contractors  participating in investments. He is currently working with a rail works contractor.

Alongside his commercial legal practice, Andrzej is also a lecturer at the Warsaw Chamber of Legal Advisers, a trainer through SIDiR and an expert participating in the creation of standard build and design-build contracts with the Investment Forum of PKP PLK SA.

Andrzej has also authored numerous articles on FIDIC conditions and the investment process. Some of these articles can be found in the publication Konsultancie, Inżynierze Budownictwa (Consultant and Construction Engineer) and at the website of the SIDiR Court of Arbitration.
