DOROTA FIEDOROW JD

Dorota Fiedorow gave legal advice on i.a.: leasing and commercialization of shopping and logistic centers, office premises, legal aspects of construction process including residential, commercial and office buildings, real estate acquisition and disposal transactions, day-to –day legal advice to shopping centers.

As regards corporate matters, Dorota Fiedorow gave legal advice on i.a.: establishment and dissolution of companies, mergers and demergers, sale of shares, registration issues, as well as on legal aspects of day-to-day functioning of a company.

Dorota Fiedorow graduated with master’s degree in law at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. She also completed post-graduate studies in International Trade and Business Law, European Union Law, International Commercial Arbitration at Asser Institute in the Hague in the Netherlands. In 2010 Dorota Fiedorow succeeded in obtaining a PhD in Law at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw under the supervision of Professor Cezary Mik. The subject of the dissertation was “Property in the European Union Law”.
