Bartosz Miszkurka is an attorney at law. He graduated from Warsaw University and obtained an LLM at the London School of Economics and Political Science. From 1999 to 2007 he gained experience in real estate teams at leading international law firms and in the years 2008 to 2012 was a managing partner of the real estate development practice of a Big Four affiliated law firm.
Bartosz specializes in advising Polish and foreign businesses investing in the whole range of real estate – commercial, office, warehouse, industrial, logistical, residential and agricultural.
He has comprehensive experience in administrative and court proceedings relating to aspects of land use and obtaining building permits as well as other decisions and approvals that are essential in the construction process.
Bartosz also has a extensive experience in providing legal advice to IT firms providing services to investors in the real estate sector.
