Dariusz Zboch is a legal counsel (radca prawny) with over 10 years of experience in providing legal advice to clients in the real estate and energy sectors.
Dariusz has accumulated extensive experience while advising on projects related to the construction of highways, shopping malls and office buildings, being involved in contract negotiations concerning the construction and operation of highways, the construction and development of shopping centers, modernization of office buildings and lease agreements concluded with leading retail tenants.
Dariusz also specializes in advising on renewable energy projects (due diligence of real estate, securing land, negotiating contracts for the use of land, supporting sale-purchase transactions, on-going legal services for up-and-running projects). He has also lectured on courses on the energy market (easements for transmission, offshore wind farms as an investment of the future) and the gas market (virtual offtake points, the outlook for the Polish gas market in the light of the trading requirement, negotiation strategies for gas contracts).
Dariusz has worked at Big Four consulting firms, where he provided legal and business advice.
