Bartosz Miszkurka

Advocate

Bartosz Miszkurka is an advocate with over 24 years of experience. He graduated from the University of Warsaw and completed postgraduate legal studies (LLM) at the London School of Economics and Political Science. From 1999 to 2007 he gained experience in the real estate teams of Clifford Chance and Linklaters, then from 2008 to 2012 he led as a partner the real estate practice of a law firm affiliated with a Big Four firm. In 2013, together with his team, he created the law firm within which he now operates and which focuses on serving commercial real estate entities.

He specialises in advising domestic and foreign institutional investors, funds and developers carrying out investment activities involving the acquisition or construction of shopping centres, retail parks, office buildings, warehouse parks, industrial and manufacturing facilities and residential buildings. He has been involved in numerous commercialisation and leasing projects on both the landlord and tenant side.

He has extensive experience in conducting due diligence, negotiating transaction documentation and in administrative and judicial aspects of proceedings related to real estate development, obtaining building permits and other decisions and approvals necessary in the construction process.
