As part of the practice of court proceedings, the Law Firm provides comprehensive assistance in the field of disputes, i.e. undertakes pre-trial activities, including negotiating settlements/agreements, representing clients before common and arbitration courts, as well as in enforcement proceedings.

The litigation department specializes in disputes related to real estate law.

• disputes with tenants, including tenant claims for a reduction in rent or termination of the lease agreement under the rebus sic stantibus clause
• disputes with utilities suppliers to shopping centers, in particular electricity
• performance of construction works, including the investor’s joint and several liability for subcontractors’ remuneration
• disputes related to the purchase of real estate, including withdrawal from preliminary real estate purchase agreements or return of the deposit
• disputes with buyers of residential premises, including claims related to delays in investment implementation, claims for compensation or warranty for defects

The goal of the Litigation department is to solve the client’s problem as effectively as possible. We analyse the case and then provide the client with clear recommendations on how to handle it. We have not lost any of the dozens of court cases our clients trusted us with.
