Dariusz Zboch is a legal advisor with over 15 years of experience.
Heading the New Technologies Practice, legal advisor Dariusz Zboch worked at the beginning of his career in one of the largest law firms in Silesia, where he dealt with, among others, infrastructure projects and M&A transactions, and then in law firms associated with KPMG and Deloitte. In the following years Dariusz co-founded, together with Bartosz Miszkurka, Kamil Żurek, Justyna Chabocka and Christian Schnell, the Solivan law firm (currently Solivan Pontes). Dariusz graduated from the Silesian University in Katowice at the Faculty of Law and then completed LLM studies in Tax Advisory at the Cracow University of Economics and LLM studies in New Technologies Law at the Leon Koźmiński Academy in Warsaw.

Dariusz Zboch has been working on an ongoing basis for several years with a leading Polish and international computer games developer, listed on the WSE. In addition, Dariusz combines substantive knowledge with practice by learning programming in JavaScript and Python and is a holder of a certificate of completion of the online computer science for lawyers course organised by Harvard University.
Among other things, Dariusz advised on a number of ERP system implementations in companies with different business profiles, drafted terms and conditions for the use of several different applications aimed at consumers and entrepreneurs, and conducted legal audits in the field of intellectual property with particular emphasis on the scope of trademark protection. Dariusz has also negotiated Service Level Agreements working on an ongoing basis with IT specialists to develop an optimal and sustainable model for securing the client in the event of various types of failure of implemented IT solutions.

Dariusz is particularly interested in legal issues related to the broadly defined world of metaversum as well as legal and tax issues related to NFT.
