Kamil Żurek is a legal advisor with over 20 years of experience in legal consultancy. He deals with real estate law and company law. He graduated with honours from the Faculty of Law at the University of Silesia. He gained his experience in one of the leading law firms in Silesia, where he dealt with real estate and infrastructure projects, and then in the law firms associated with the Big Four entities. Since 2013, he has co-founded the Solivan law firm with Bartosz Miszkurka.
He has worked on numerous commercial real estate acquisition projects, advising clients on investments including development projects, construction and commercialisation of shopping centres (retail parks), office buildings, construction of logistics centres, construction of wind power plants and infrastructure projects. He has extensive experience in advising developers of residential projects.
He has extensive experience in commercialisations of office facilities, shopping centres and parks. In his practice, he has renegotiated several hundred lease agreements for commercial facilities.
Kamil Żurek participated in numerous restructuring processes of capital groups, in which, together with tax advisors, he advised clients on creating optimal capital structures, including international structures.
