Karolina Walczuk – Skierska has established a litigation department in the firm, which she has headed for several years. She is an advocate with over 10 years of experience.

Karolina graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and the Cambridge School of English and European Law.
She has several years of experience in legal advice to entrepreneurs, which she gained in international and Polish law firms and as an in-house lawyer in an Austrian property development company.

Karolina represents clients in court and arbitration proceedings, including participating in cases before the London Court of International Arbitration and the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce. Karolina specialises in disputes related to real estate law offering clients comprehensive assistance from the moment a conflict arises, through litigation to enforcement. Karolina works mainly for investment funds, owners of shopping centres and office buildings, developers and investors.

Karolina has so far not lost any of the dozens of court cases entrusted to her.
