Łukasz Sobczak is a tax advisor and graduate of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economy of Wroclaw University. He has over 18 years of experience in dealing with companies in the area of legal-tax advisory. In his career, Łukasz has advised on number of issues connected with Polish and international tax law. The main area of expertise is advising on personal income tax, corporate tax and social security contributions. He also deals with issues related to corporate reorganisations, M&A transactions or succession planning for family businesses. Lukasz gained his experience in tax consulting in companies such as Deloitte and EY. Lukasz is fluent in English.
