Piotr Woźniak is an attorney-at-law with over 15 years of experience. Piotr is a graduate of the University of Wrocław and completed postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics in the field of legal aspects of the development process. In 2012 he was entered to the attorneys’ list as the attorney-at-law by the OIRP in Warsaw. Before joining our law firm, Piotr worked for over 12 years in the largest law firms in Poland, in the real estate departments of DZP and WKB law firms, as well as in international network law firms of the so-called Big 4, where he was most recently the leader of the Real Estate practice in Poland. From 2020, Piotr headed the real estate and development process department of the BTA law firm.
Piotr is fluent in English. Piotr specializes in legal aspects of real estate transactions, both in asset deal and share deal transactions. Piotr’s main area of interest is advising on the implementation of construction projects. He specializes mainly in the legal aspects of the investment process, including in particular planning and construction issues. Piotr also advises clients on the execution of contracts related to the implementation of investments and the use of real estate, as well as on litigation before common and administrative courts.
Piotr also advises business entities on all aspects of day-to-day legal services, including in particular the preparation, negotiation and conclusion of commercial contracts, as well as day-to-day corporate services. He also advises on internal reorganizations, including mergers, demergers or transformations of commercial companies.
