• full due diligence reports for institutional investors (real estate funds, private equity funds, banks and other financiers, commercial and residential property developers);
• preliminary summaries covering the major issues relevant in the context of a planned sale or purchase that may affect the realization of the transaction and the price of the property;

The scope of our investigations covers in particular:
• analysis of legal title to property, including the effectiveness of its acquisition and its transferability;
• checking for the existence of third-party claims or other encumbrances;
• analysis of any agreements related to the property that may affect its value or transferability;
• legal analysis of technical and environmental risks in cooperation with architects, engineers and other technical experts;
• assessment of legal risks with respect to property financing and insurance of title;
• verification of property valuations;
• analysis of all judicial or administrative proceedings relating to real property, in particular with respect to restitution claims and proceedings affecting the investment process;
• analysis of credit documentation.
